Mission Overview
The Security Division serves as the protective shield of Orion's Sentinels. While the Combat Division takes the fight to the enemy, Security ensures that our assets, personnel, and operations remain protected from threats both external and internal. They are the watchful eyes and steady hands that keep the organization safe.
Security operators handle a wide range of responsibilities: convoy escort, asset protection, threat assessment, counter-intelligence, and perimeter defense. Whether guarding a mining operation in a lawless system or escorting a cargo convoy through hostile space, the Security Division maintains vigilance at all times.
Beyond field operations, the division also manages internal security protocols, vetting procedures, and operational security (OPSEC) standards for the organization. They coordinate with local law enforcement and other organizations to ensure smooth operations within regulated space while maintaining readiness for threats in the frontier.
